Aim

The ISO 22000 lead auditor training is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills needed to conduct first, second, and third-party audits of Food Safety Management System (FSMS) audits in accordance with ISO 22000 requirements, as well as to lay the groundwork for developing an FSMS audit program.

The course explains in detail how to plan and carry out an FSMS audit to ensure compliance with ISO 22000 requirements.

This course adheres to ISO 19011, the management system auditing guideline.

Certification

A two-hour written test is included in this course.

Full attendance, as well as passing the examination and practical assessment, are required for certification.

Participants must demonstrate that they have met the learning and enabling objectives using the PERAC’s methods of continual assessment and evaluation.
